Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for stock, listing, fraud, shipping or legal reasons. Captured funds for an order we do not accept will be refunded.
Prices, taxes and payment
Checkout shows the currency, price, applicable taxes and payment methods for your order. Customs, import or brokerage charges may apply depending on shipping origin and applicable law unless expressly included.
Shipping
We accept U.S. orders only when checkout displays an active shipping method. We maintain a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times. If no shipping time is stated, the order is handled within the period required by applicable law. Required delay, cancellation, consent and refund options will be provided if we cannot ship on time.
Returns
Our voluntary return policy is set out in the Refund Policy. It does not remove remedies that applicable law requires for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Reviews and endorsements
We do not permit fake or fabricated reviews. External reviews and endorsements are identified appropriately, and material relationships are disclosed where required.
Marketing
Commercial emails use accurate sender information and subject lines, include legally required contact information and an unsubscribe method, and opt-out requests are honored within the legally required period.
Intellectual property
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners. Reference to a brand does not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and were not caused by our breach.
Law and disputes
Applicable law and forum may depend on mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules. These terms do not remove rights a U.S. customer cannot lawfully waive.
