Terms of Sale & Website Use — United States

These terms apply to purchases made through gogogadgetstores.com by customers in the United States. The store is operated by JM Cresco, trading as Gogo Gadget Store, a Netherlands sole proprietorship. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. Products and advertising
We aim to describe products accurately and keep images, specifications, compatibility information, prices and availability current. Advertising claims must be truthful and supported by a reasonable basis. Product colors, packaging, software interfaces and minor details may differ from images where this does not materially change the product. Obvious errors may be corrected where permitted by law.
3. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or inability to lawfully supply the product. If payment has already been captured for an order we do not accept, we will refund the affected amount.
4. Prices, currency, taxes and import charges
Prices for the U.S. market are shown in U.S. dollars where Shopify presents USD for your market. Applicable sales tax may be calculated or collected at checkout when required. Depending on shipping origin and applicable law, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges may apply unless expressly included at checkout.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are shown in checkout. Payment services are provided by the payment providers available for your order. We do not store complete payment-card details when they are processed by those providers.
6. Shipping
We accept U.S. orders only where checkout displays an active shipping method for the entered address. We must have a reasonable basis for any shipping time we advertise. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within a promised or legally required period, we will provide the delay, consent, cancellation or refund options required by law. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
7. Returns and refunds
Our voluntary return policy is described on the Returns & Refunds page. It does not replace remedies that may be required for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods under applicable law.
8. Product compatibility and installation
Where a product requires a compatible phone, vehicle, WiFi network, app, power source, mounting location or other equipment, you are responsible for checking the stated compatibility information before ordering. Follow manufacturer or supplier instructions and applicable safety requirements.
9. Warranties and product issues
Any written product warranty will be identified on the relevant product page or accompanying documentation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Reviews, testimonials and endorsements
We do not permit fake or fabricated reviews. Where we display an external review, testimonial, influencer statement or other endorsement, we aim to identify material connections and avoid presenting an external review as a verified Gogo Gadget Store customer review. Incentives, if any, are not conditioned on positive sentiment.
11. Promotions and discounts
Promotional terms, eligibility, duration, exclusions and any minimum purchase requirement will be disclosed with the promotion.
12. Marketing communications
Commercial email must use accurate sender information and subject lines, include legally required sender/contact information and an unsubscribe method, and honor opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law.
13. Intellectual property
Website text, graphics, logos and other protected materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Pokémon, Divoom, Videolife or other third-party brands do not imply sponsorship unless expressly stated.
14. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated methods in a manner that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and were not caused by our breach. This clause does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Events outside reasonable control
Performance may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, supplier interruption or network outages. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
17. Privacy

18. Children
The store is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13.
19. Governing law and disputes
Because Gogo Gadget Store is operated from the Netherlands and sells across jurisdictions, the law and forum applicable to a dispute may depend on mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules. This clause does not remove rights a U.S. customer cannot lawfully waive. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem directly.
20. Changes
We may update these terms for future transactions. The version in effect when an order is accepted applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
